Registration opens the last week of April!​
Most I2SL members receive a $200 discount off their regular (non-discounted) conference registration, making it less expensive if you become a member when registering for the conference. This discount is not applicable to one-day registrations or the discounted exhibitor registrations. Government, university, and nonprofit employees receive a $100 discount off the already reduced rate. Full-time student members receive a $50 discount.

What's Included With Your Conference Registration
General Registration
(All registrations except one-day registrations and Technology and Services Fair-only admission)

How to Register Using a Discounted Rate

Speakers will receive registration instructions in their abstract acceptance email.

Exhibitors will receive instructions for registering their booth staff.

I2SL members will enter their member number during the registration process.
Technology and Services Fair Admission
Admission to the Technology and Services Fair is free* and includes access to the Exhibit Hall during the following times:

7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 14

7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15
-
7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 16
*Does not include refreshments or lunch served in the exhibit hall.
Cancellation Policy

You may transfer your registration to another person at any time before the conference by notifying I2SL.

Alternatively, you may request a conference registration fee refund through Friday, August 28, 2026. If you cancel your registration after this date, you must either transfer your registration to another person or forfeit your registration fee.
