Greater New York

The International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories (I2SL) Greater New York Chapter was founded in 2024. Our chapter seeks to drive meaningful progress on sustainability best practices for the design, construction, and operation of laboratories and research operations across Greater New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut and beyond, while creating a safe, peer-focused environment that fosters and facilitates collaboration and the exchange of ideas to support our collective professional development.

Our members include lab managers, facility managers, executive directors, consultants, vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers committed to high-performance labs. We are peer-led by a volunteer Board of Directors and committee members with decades of industry and operational experience. I2SL New York Chapter Founding and Annual Sponsorship Levels

The Greater New York Chapter of I2SL is asking for our Founding Sponsors to support our new chapter and be recognized as chapter supporters. We are planning quarterly meetings composed of technical presentations, laboratory tours, webinars, an Education Day and holiday party. 

 

We seek to be a local resource and community for laboratories and other high-tech facilities comprised of building users, designers, builders and suppliers. Your support would be instrumental in starting this exciting group. Founding Sponsorships allow us to build our organization and offer upcoming events to existing and potential members at little or no cost. Founding Sponsorships will be available starting January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2025, for calendar years 2024 and 2025. After December 31, 2025, Founding Sponsorships will be closed and not offered in the future. Starting January 1, 2026, existing Founding Sponsorships will need to be renewed on a yearly basis.

PLATINUM Founding: $2,500 (Available in 2024-2025 calendar years only.)

  • Recognition on the I2SL New York Chapter website as Platinum Sponsor/Founding Partner (1)

  • Verbal recognition at all chapter events.

  • Signage at each chapter meeting or event as a Platinum Sponsor/Founding Partner (2)

  • Admission for four at the I2SL New York Education Day

  • One free product table at the I2SL New York Education Day/prime location (3)

  • Admission for four at all local chapter happy hour/meetings/tours if there is a charge

  • Listing on all correspondence throughout the year

 

GOLD Annual: $2,000

  • Recognition on the I2SL New York Chapter website as Gold Sponsor

  • Signage at each chapter meeting or event as a Gold Sponsor

  • Admission for three at the I2SL New York Education Day

  • One free product table at the I2SL New York Education Day (3)

  • Admission for three at all local chapter happy hour/meetings/tours if there is a charge

  • Listing on all correspondence throughout the year

 

SILVER Annual: $1,200

  • Recognition on the I2SL New York Chapter website as Silver Sponsor

  • Signage at each chapter meeting or event as a Silver Sponsor
