Life Sciences, Tech & Research Clusters | Conference & Awards

June 23, 2026

The I2SL UK Chapter is delighted to be supporting the third Life Sciences, Tech & Research Clusters Conference and Awards hosted by Construction News & Property Week in London on 23rd June 2026.

An event that unites knowledge exchange and industry recognition for construction professionals, real estate advisors, investors and developers delivering real estate across the UK life science, innovation and technology sectors.

Join the I2SL Uk Chapter for an inspiring day of insights, bringing together investors, developers, real estate professionals and key stakeholders operating in the sector. We will be hosting the “Find your Tribe” session where we will be exploring how to advance the safety and sustainability of laboratories and other high-tech facilities in the UK.

Through panel discussions and audience participation we will investigate how to benchmark best practice for the development and operation of science and technology facilities utilising collaborative data analysis and knowledge dissemination.

The day will then transition into an evening of celebration, honouring the extraordinary projects and visionary organisations shaping the real estate that will enable the UK’s innovation economy to thrive.
