The 2026 I2SL Annual Conference host hotel and conference location is the Encore Boston Harbor in Boston, Massachusetts. I2SL has partnered with the Encore and encourages attendees to reserve rooms in the I2SL hotel block.

Hotel Block
A limited number of rooms are available at the Encore Boston Harbor for conference attendees to reserve from Saturday, September 12, 2026, through Wednesday, September 16, 2026:

Block rate: $319 per night (plus applicable taxes). Rooms available at this rate are limited, so please reserve early!

If calling to make a reservation, identify yourself as attending the I2SL Conference to receive the group rate.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.; check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

A credit card guarantee or a one-night deposit is required at time of booking.
Room availability is not guaranteed, so do not wait until the cutoff date to reserve your room. The deadline to book a room in the block at the conference rate is 5:00 p.m. ET Sunday, August 23, 2026.
Transportation
Encore Boston Harbor is approximately 5 miles from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS).

To see the variety of transportation options available getting to and from the Encore hotel, please visit the hotel’s transportation website for water shuttle, bus, rideshare/taxi, and driving directions.
If you are flying into Boston and want to take public transportation, you can take the complimentary MBTA Silver Line to South Station then ride Encore’s free Downtown Shuttle to the resort from the bus stop located at the corner of John F Fitzgerald Surface Road at Kneeland Street.
Parking
All Encore Boston Harbor guests receive free self-parking daily.

We are not working with anyone outside of the Encore Boston Harbor, nor do we sell our attendee lists to third parties. We only share our attendee lists with exhibitors prior to the conference for onsite networking and marketing purposes, and please know that our websites and databases are secure.
