New England Chapter
I2SL New England met for a night of networking and brainstorming about upcoming events. We heard lots of exciting ideas for lab tours, educational seminars, and social events. We are looking forward to some collaborative events with other local organizations, like Built Environment Plus and Cambridge Sustainable Labs.
I2SL President Gordon Sharp joined us to answer questions about the upcoming 2026 I2SL Annual Conference at Encore Casino in Boston and to share an update on Labs2Zero, the new AIM software, and the Fume Hood Challenge.

At the I2SL Pacific Northwest Chapter's event, How to Transform the University of Washington’s (UW) Energy Systems, the UW team highlighted challenges they faced, the benefits of energy conservation, the importance of steam to hot water conversion, and their five steps to energy transformation strategy.
