Virtual, International
Education Week 2025

I2SL is co-hosting our third annual virtual, international Education Week April 7 to 11, 2025, in conjunction with Sustainable Labs Canada (SLCan), our Australia I2SL chapter, the I2SL chapter forming in the UK, and the EGNATON sustainable lab organization of Europe. Over the course of five days, attendees from across the globe will hear live sessions on sustainable design, lab decarbonization strategies, efficient ventilation systems, and green lab leadership.

Whether you attended the I2SL Annual Conference in St. Louis or not, participants will hear a variety of new and relevant topics, including: lab electrification, accessibility, space evaluation, and adaptive reuse. In conjunction with SLCan, EGNATON, and I2SL’s UK and Australia members, this year’s event offers a wide variety of international perspectives, along with I2SL Sustainable Laboratory Award winners.

Can’t make all the sessions? Don’t worry, recordings of each session will be available for attendees to watch after each day of Education Week. Registrants earn continuing education credit—the equivalent of 1.5 Learning Units from the American Institute for Architects (AIA)—for each Education Week session attended or recording watched.

Check out some of the fresh content and all-new presentations planned for Education Week 2025:
