We know that state funds and campus budgets are tight, so to give our university members more opportunities to learn about sustainable laboratory strategies at our Annual Conference, I2SL is offering a special deal to colleges and universities only: Pay for just two registrations at the university rate ($325 for I2SL members or $425 for nonmembers), then unlimited staff and students from your campus can attend for free! Once two staff from your campus have registered, email I2SL to receive instructions for how to claim additional complimentary registrations.

How to Register Using a Discounted Rate

    Frequently Asked Questions

How will we access to the virtual conference platform?
There are a number of details to work out as we plan the virtual conference. Once I2SL's virtual landing page is live later this summer, everyone who registered will receive an email with credentials allowing you to set up an account with vFairs, the virtual host, and that becomes your "ticket" to enter. We will email all registrants when they are going to receive credentials. If you don’t receive them within a week, contact I2SL to check your status. No special software is required to be downloaded; you will access vFairs and watch presentations just as you do with online videos and webinars like Zoom.

Can I share, transfer, or cancel my registration?
Your registration is unique to you and based on your email; no sharing or logging on from multiple locations at once is allowed. If your email changes for any reason, your login will still work but you will miss important conference announcements and the ability to reset your password if you forget it. If necessary to transfer a registration, I2SL can process a refund and a new registration should be initiated.

    Are there any conference discounts?
When you start your registration as a speaker, exhibitor, and/or I2SL member, the system will recognize your status and automatically calculate a reduced rate. If you qualify for a promotional code, are speaking, or have been offered a free registration, I2SL will have emailed you the promotional code for registration purposes; contact I2SL if you feel you require a code. If you qualify for two different rates, say as a speaker or exhibitor, feel free to choose the category that has a cheaper rate. Please note: There will be no one-day registrations this year, nor free registrations to only visit the Exhibit Hall.

    Attendee List Phishing Alert

Don't be fooled by emails or phone calls from people trying to sell you I2SL attendee lists. We are not working with any outside vendors (except vFairs, our virtual conference provider), nor do we sell our attendee lists to third parties. We only share our attendee lists with exhibitors prior to the conference for onsite networking and marketing purposes, and please know that our websites and databases are secure.

All official 2020 I2SL Conference correspondence will come from info@i2sl.org or i2sl@erg.com or from someone at vfairs.com.

Any emails claiming conference attendee lists for sale should be ignored as any SPAM message you receive. Should you receive any emails of concern, please contact I2SL.

    Cancellation Policy

If you register for the conference but can’t make the times, don’t worry! All recorded presentations will be available to you free of charge to view at your convenience—but you must pre-register to get the lowest rate. Because your conference fee gives you access after the conference to the recordings on-demand, I2SL is anticipating no need for attendees to cancel. However, in the event you want forfeit your registration and require a refund, please email I2SL or call 703.841.5484. No refunds will be issued after virtual conference links are provided.
