Operating the Tool and Current Performance Metrics

Jim Coogan, Siemens

Several laboratory performance attributes in the Laboratory Continuous Performance Improvement Program (LCPIP) tool have been fully developed by committees and are now suitable for early beta testing. The presentation will cover each attribute, describing a method to rate the performance of that attribute. Guidance for various steps in the process will be described and viewed. Open discussion with the audience will be encouraged as each attribute is reviewed.
