In light of the highly successful Labs21 2006 Annual Conference in San Antonio, Texas, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) have selected the International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories (I2SL) to return as the official cosponsor for the Laboratories for the 21st Century (Labs21) 2007 and 2008 Annual Conferences.
