Labs21 Technology and Services Fair Evening Reception
Being held for the first time on Tuesday, the Evening Reception at this year’s conference is designed to bring out the most Labs21 attendees possible to view the largest Technology and Services Fair Labs21 has seen to date. During this evening reception, which will last approximately two hours, sponsors will be recognized through signage displayed on the wall of the exhibit hall for all reception attendees to notice. Tours and Receptions
After a full day of presentations, Labs21 attendees are ready to get out of the convention center and see the city. I2SL is in the process of selecting sustainable laboratories in the San Jose area for Labs21 attendees to tour and where they can enjoy good food and drink while networking. Sponsor donations for evening events will provide refreshments during these informative, yet relaxing outings. Sponsors will be recognized with a visual display at the event and the most generous sponsors may be given the opportunity to say a few words during the reception.
Keynote Speakers
I2SL will invite keynote speakers to kick off and close the Labs21 2008 Annual Conference. Your organization has the opportunity to receive credit for sponsoring either an Opening Plenary or Closing Luncheon speaker by becoming a contributor in this category. For our most generous sponsors, I2SL will arrange a breakfast with representatives from your organization, the keynote speaker, and other participants from the Opening Plenary Session. Sponsors may also have their logos displayed on a screen prior to the start of the keynote session for all attendees to see. Support for the Closing Luncheon speaker will entitle the sponsor to similar arrangements.
Go Beyond Awards Ceremony
I2SL will present its first annual Go Beyond awards at the Labs21 2008 Annual Conference. Be one of the organizations helping to honor individuals, organizations, and projects that are making laboratories across the world more sustainable by contributing to this event. Sponsors will be recognized with a visual display at the event and the most generous sponsors may be given the opportunity to say a few words during the ceremony.
Conference Meals and Breaks
Conference meals and breaks allow conference attendees an exceptional opportunity to organize meetings with existing or prospective clients. Make your organization the highlight of these meetings through sponsorship of a meal or break. Sponsors in this category will be recognized through a visual display prominently located in the dining area.
Greening the Conference
As attendance at the Labs21 conference grows, so too does its environmental footprint. I2SL is committed to walking its talk of sustainability and reducing the environmental impact of the event wherever possible. One of the best ways I2SL can help to green the conference is by renting reusable china and flatware for meals rather than using the standard disposable containers, cups, and utensils. Make your organization one that supports I2SL in this venture by sponsoring china service during meals at the event. Sponsors in this category will be recognized through a prominent visual display in the dining area.
Wireless
Make your organization the one that all conference attendees will thank for providing them with free wireless internet throughout the conference! Sponsors in this category will have the opportunity to add their company Web site and logo on tent cards in the convention center lobby, as well as in the conference program and on signage at the location of wireless Internet availability. Sponsors will also recieve a quarter-page advertisement in the conference program.
TV/Marquee Advertisements
Looking for a way to increase your company's visibility during the conference? Conference attendees will notice your company's advertisement(s) on the 17 plasma TV screens throughout the convention center, and the large marquee in front of the building. Reserve your slide(s) today!
