What's Included With Your Conference Registration?
Conference registration includes the following:
- Admission to the Opening Plenary Session, featuring a keynote presentation by John C. Lechleiter, Ph.D., the chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Eli Lilly and Company; technical sessions, poster presentations, symposia, and morning roundtables; as well as the Technology and Services Fair.
- An evening reception in the exhibit hall that will showcase the 2009 Technology and Services Fair. New for 2009, attendees will have the opportunity to visit the AASHE/Ball State University "Greening of the Campus VIII: Embracing Change" Conference’s exhibit hall/evening reception, which will occur concurrently, at no extra charge.
- Continental breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon refreshments each day of the event.
- Admission to the Labs21 Luncheon, featuring remarks from a keynote speaker and the presentation of I2SL's second annual GoBeyond Awards.
Hotel Accommodations
Attendees are responsible for paying for hotel accommodations and all other meals.

Group Registration
A discounted registration rate is available for groups of 15 or more. Each group of 15 or more must be pre-established and have one designated "coordinator." The coordinator for each group of 15 or more should contact I2SL before registering any of the group members. Any members of the group that have already registered will not be included in the count of 15 and will not be eligible to receive the discounted fee retroactively.
Attention Students!
I2SL is offering full-time students a discounted conference registration fee of $100. Students will be contacted for proof of their full-time enrollment status in order to verify eligibility. Student registration does not include admission to pre-conference training sessions or tours.
"Greening of the Campus (GOC) VIII" Conference
The "Greening
of the Campus VIII" Conference is presented by Ball
State University (BSU), in partnership with the Association
for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE).
