Thank you for choosing to participate in the Labs21 2012 Annual Conference Technology and Services Fair. The information below is intended to help you make the most of your conference experience:

Important Deadlines for Exhibitors

  • Friday, March 23, 2012—Last day to submit to the Call for Presenters.
  • Monday, June 4, 2012—General conference registration opens. All booth staff will need to register formally, even if their registration fee is paid.
  • Friday, August 31, 2012—Last day to cancel booth registration and still receive a refund.

Exhibitor Resources

Included With Your Booth at No Extra Charge:

  • Pipe and drape
  • One 6' table draped on three sides
  • Two chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • One complimentary conference registration and two discounted conference registrations.
  • Company information listed on the I2SL website and in the onsite conference program.
  • Ten complimentary Technology and Services Fair tickets to distribute to your contacts, customers, and clients. The tickets will be mailed to your logistical contact in advance of the conference.
  • Excel version of the pre- and post-conference attendee lists with contact information for all attendees, except those who opt out.
