A full day of training workshops and an evening tour at a local university research laboratory
Day 1: Tuesday, September 22, 2009
Opening plenary, technical sessions, symposia, and an evening reception at the Technology and Services Fair
- Keynote speaker:
  - John C. Lechleiter, Ph.D., Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Eli Lilly and Company
Day 2: Wednesday, September 23, 2009
Technical sessions and symposia continue, Morning Roundtable Sessions begin, and an evening tour of an Eli Lilly and Company research laboratory
Day 3: Thursday, September 24, 2009
Last of the technical, symposia, and Morning Roundtable sessions, the second-annual Go Beyond Awards and Labs21 luncheon, and a tour of a local steam generation plant
