Are you looking for a way to implement what you’ve learned at the I2SL Annual Conference on your own research campus? Following the 2019 Annual Conference in Denver, the University of Colorado (CU) Boulder is hosting a tour and series of sessions on how various stakeholders collaborate to make sustainability successful at the university. Come take a behind-the-scenes look at the partnerships that CU Boulder has formed to break down silos and create a collaborative approach to efficient and successful laboratories.

Advance registration is required and limited to 150 attendees. Register for the extension when you sign up for the conference, or add the extension to your existing registration.

I2SL Boulder Dash

Wednesday, October 23, 1:30 p.m.

I2SL will provide one one-way trip to Boulder on Wednesday afternoon after the annual conference concludes. The chartered bus will depart the Hyatt Regency Denver (with your luggage) at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday and will drop all participants at the CU Boulder SEEC Building (Sustainability, Energy, and Environment Complex) to begin the afternoon lab tour. An I2SL staff member will wait with the bus and your luggage, and immediately after the tour concludes, the bus will bring attendees to the central Boulder hotel area for check-in. Please note: There will be no return bus to Denver.

Thursday, October 24

On Thursday morning, I2SL will provide charter bus service to transport attendees from the central Boulder hotel area to the SEEC Building and to the central hotel area Thursday afternoon. Times and pickup location will be announced closer to event.

Uber and Lyft operate in and around Boulder and are available to take you to campus. The SEEC Building’s address is 4001 Discovery Drive; Boulder, Colorado.

Public return transportation options to Denver International Airport (DIA) from Boulder

Transportation to the Denver International Airport is your responsibility. I2SL is not providing shuttle service to the airport.

$30-40 one-way fare (estimate)


Uber and Lyft both operate in and out of Boulder. Fare estimate is $75 one-way to DIA depending on time of day.
